Woman in control

The founder and current president of the company, Verônica, saw sewing as a means of conquering freedom and financial emancipation in the 90s; This initiative was consolidated in the ideals of success and entrepreneurship that characterize, at its core, the company Verônica Santolini today. In the course of this process, many other women also conquered their freedom and financial emancipation. Currently, the company employs 99% female labor; the design and production being exclusively female. All seamstresses are capabilities within the company without the help of external agents.

Sustainability
Zero Waste and Upcycling

Our company's industrial waste is 100% recycled. Paper and cardboard are donated to recycling workers and scraps are donated to women who make rugs, key chains, etc.; everyone sells them, which helps to supplement the income of these families. Our fabric cuts are designed for maximum fabric reuse, an example of which is the production of ECOBAG'S, which are bags produced by cutting fabrics that would not be used. Social responsibility and sustainable commitment are part of who we are and where we are going.
